Movement is the main way children learn and develop in the first years of life. A child who learns to control his body from an early age will learn skills and develop his mobility, being able to practice any type of sport with ease later on.
Personal Trainer Kids‘ main objective is the harmonious development of children’s bodies through gymnastics, agility, posture and mindfulness exercises, but at the same time it helps them relax and better control their emotions.
The passion for movement is learned from an early age.
The trainings are specially designed to meet the needs of the little ones, both from the point of view of harmonious physical development, as well as to improve their coordination, resistance and strength. Each workout will motivate the little one or the teenager to exceed their limits, and the dynamic mix between physical exercises and fun will instill in them the desire to adopt an active and healthy lifestyle.
Training can take place both in the studio and online.

Various studies have shown that meditation and yoga have been practiced in many countries to reduce and manage the psychological effects of stress and anxiety. These meditation exercises will begin with breath control, meditation, and then movement.
Postural Training Kids
Children are constantly exposed to technology, which is increasingly present in their lives. Even though media technologies such as computers and mobile phones are knowledge resources for all of us, their heavy use has become a concern when it comes to health issues such as obesity, posture and mental health issues.
With the help of posture exercises we as trainers lay the foundations for correct and natural movements for children. Moreover, we fight the wrong positions that started to appear from an early age. This posture training should be repeated at least once a week to see a difference in the posture and attitude that the child exudes.
